Instant transfer to bank

I tried to send an instant transfer of my paypal balance to my bank. Paypal put a 72 hour hold on my transfer. This is after they told me the same thing 3 days ago. I am fed up. I want these transfers to go thru so that I can cancel my paypal account once and for all.

This happened to me last week also! I tough it was because I changed the 'preferred account. . Why can't we do quick transfer anymore? R D
