I have a subscription with Google for PLay Music. I have had this subscription for just over a year now and no hiccups, but suddenly paypal keeps denying the payments that google tries to pull from my bank account. I talked to Google already and they said it was on PayPal's end so I tried to call PayPal and when i finally get through the loop of automation to talk to a human it says "cannot complete this action at this time please try again later." And then hangs up, can anyone help me? I hate not being able to listen to my music, would be very thankful for some help.
