Instant Transfer Funds in Limbo?????

I transferred 500.00 Instantly to my debit card. The funds were deducted, but no notification email was sent, nor did the funds arrive, nor is there a record in PayPal of the money being sent. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and concerning.
