I sent money to the wrong email

There was a typo in the email I put in. I already disputed the transaction, but they didn't do anything about it. It's a good bit of money. How do I resolve this??

You disputed it as in??
Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item?
Did you open a dispute for unauthorised transaction?
Is the payment completed in your paypal account?
Is the payment showing as unclaimed in your paypal account?
Is the payment showing as unclaimed with a cancel option in your paypal account?
How did you send the payment, which option did you use?
How did you FUND the payment what funding source did you use?
