A friend sent me money to pay back a loan. They didn't use my email for paypal but instead used my first name, last name and country of origin as Germany and it sent to my phone number. I have my profile set to the wrong country and i can't update my phone number on my account so I am not able to collect the money. Has anyone here had a similar issue? Thanks in Advance.
