I just opened up my Paypal account recently and I wanted to try it out by buying a game from the Nintendo Eshop, I have my debit card set as my preffered option but whenever I click Agree and add funds, it just gives me a 10417 error. Any ideas?
Same for me unless you add the funds to your PayPal wallet ahead of purchase if not I have my confirmed bank account attached and won't work but when I add for example $20 to my PayPal account/wallet from my account ahead of time and use my PayPal wallet as my preferred payment option then works like a champ just a FYI that may help alot of people out.
