Hello
I wrongly sent money to a person who takes my rent as goods and services and because she needs the money fast, we called paypal and let her "unfreeze" the pending money so she can refund it to me and I can cash it instead as a payment. She said she refunded me on 05/01/17 and it's already 05/03/17 and I don't even see the transaction of refund.
How does it work? Shouldn't I receive an email that "there's refund on my account" or something like that? Is the money appearing directly on my credit card and not showing on paypal (because I paid with credit card throuh paypal)? If so, how long does it take till I see the refund?
