Hello, i have a serious problem

When Im checkout to payment, in eBay, I want to change the exchange rate like always, but I cant, say this message:

We are having technical issues at this time. Please try again later

If I do not change the exchange rate I will have to pay more for the eBay conversion and I dont want that!

What Happen Paypal??  This its like a conspiracy to pay only with paypal exchange rate for pay more!

Hi, we have the same problem here in dominican republic, I have 2 friends with the same problem with conversion, 2 months back we were not obligated to make conversions but now we are, and since yesterday I can´t make conversions. I need solutions too, who know what is going on?

I found a way to make the payment, using ebay in the phone, you add in cart in pc and make the payment using ebay mobile. This works for me.

I tried buying for the cellphone but when I loged with paypal, but the f.....ng exchange rates persist! I tried to change and show the same message

Paypal, IF YOU DONT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, I´LL NEVER PAY AGAIN WITH PAYPAL, NEVER, DO YOU HEAR ME?

I'm the biggest (or I was) paypal user of my country, but now with all this technical and exchange problems and interferences in my business I'm thinking seriously to start using Amazon,

This issue is ridiculous. Just called paypal they know the problem exist but have no idea when or if it gets fixed sometime in the future.

I am sure they did this on purpose during holidays when everyone wants to buy stuff from ebay.

Gonna go buy stuff on aliexpress now  instead of ebay. Because there is no other option to pay on ebay, besides paypal.
