How to withdraw money from PayPal?

So I added money to my account which I havent used for about 10 years, tried to buy the thing I was after got the error: You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money.

After googling abit I changed the currency to the proper one on my account, lost some money doing it, added more to my account, still the same error..

Then thought **bleep** it, Ill cash out and pay another way, no can do, can't cashout without a US bank account and Im from Estonia

Couldnt figure out another way cause when i press withdraw the only option is to add a us account.

So My question is how can I get my money out of paypal so I can forget that this site even exists?

transfer money either with your visa credit or debit card or US bank account.

VISA EUROPE has connected 10 European banks allowing them to clear among themselves thru VISA network,Paypal is using this network to help you transfer money by using your Visa card.

Without this network,Paypal would have to use paid service like SWIFT which cost you wiretransfer fee,do you want to pay wiretransfer fee everytime you move a small sum ?

Cause on my summary page when I click withdraw funds there's only the option to take out via us bank account.
