How to transfer money to friend without pending balance on my friend's account?

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to paypal. Just since yesterday I know, that i have to be an established seller to receive money from my friend, instantly. Yes, pending balance. have to wait 21 days. is there any way to transfer or receive money without buying or selling anything? Is there anyway to have the money without pending balance if i urgently need it ?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. If you have a friend that is sending you money, they could send the funds as a personal payment. Otherwise if the payment is for goods, we would need to have some tracking info. Once the item shows that it has been delivered, we would release the funds 72 hours later.

Hello Adam,

How should I act if I provide services and virtual products (software) and I send the Invoice only after I'm done with my work and they obviously don't have tracking numbers and aren't handled via eBay? Is there anything I can do to accelerate the pending process?
