Ok...I'm going to try this again because I'm not getting any answers ....I'm currently am a PayPal verifiied personal account customer in good standing in the US...I pay with a Direct Express Mastercard Debit that is funded thru direct deposit from the US Government...it is the **ONLY** bank account I have, I do not have a conventional bank account nor do I wish to open one...I'm wanting to sell a few items locally on facebook pages and use my PayPal account for security reasons, I won't be selling long-term. Is it possible to get the funds on THAT debit card account without waiting for the security time holding period (I need the money now now 21 days, that's why I'm selling some stuff). Any definitive answers?
