As far back as mid-December 2017, PP invoices sent to my clients were paid. And yet, PP has not deposited the funds to my bank account. Who and How do I contact PP about hoarding my money, and request it's release?
Paypal deposits funds to your paypal balance. You then transfer the funds to your bank account when you want to.
If the funds are in your balance and you have not selected a different funding source then they may well have been used as part-payment for any items you have purchased. You can check by clicking on transactions around that time and seeing if they were part funded from that balance.
