How to confirm a credit card

I received a mail asking me to confirm may credit card. I have to look at a debit made by Paypal and notice besides a four digit number. It is not the case for me. I just notice Paypal le 18/06 : 0,82 and Paypal le 18/06 : 0,30. How can I confirm my credit card ? Country : France, Bank : Le Credit Lyonnais

Was it June when you added your bank account, ie is that the 18th June when the payments went in?

I connected to my Paypal account and I can read : Account created OK, Mail address confirmed OK, card registred OK. I have no item "confirm your card". It seems there is a conflict between the state of my account which seems OK and the mail I received today, asking me to confirm my credit card. Thank you. MD
