I ordered contacts and got an email from paypal said I bought them but I never got an email from the site saying they got it or anything. How do I know if they're even shipping it?
You will need to contact the site where you placed the order. If they try to claim you didn't order/pay you will have the PP receipt to verify that you did indeed complete the transaction.
Have you logged into your PP account and it shows the transaction went through? That's the place to always verify if money has been sent or received. If it shows as sent there- then it's been sent.
