Last September 2017 my account was closed. It had around $200. Someone at PayPal said they sent the money to Oregon as unclaimed money. I checked and its not there What name did I use. I assume it was Charles Norman or possibly Chuck Norman. Or did they send it in with my user name? Is there an email address or phone so I can contact PayPal directly. I can't seem to find one.
