Standard transfers vary from 2 to 5 days - each bank has their own processing schedule which reflects why times can vary - if you average 2 days, you're in the middle.
It has always been minutes. As soon as I choose transfer balance to my card its always there within minutes. This time I got a email saying that it is pending and I should know something in about three hours and it's been five now. Grrrr
