Hello, I registered to PayPal when a friend recommended it to me I have $45.00 in my PayPal balance but I am not able to send money to anyone All I get is "We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service." Please guide on what I should do Thanks Yours truly

Have you verified your paypal account by adding and confirming a back up card to your account?

I have confirmed my email address And no card as I don't have one
