Help! Money sent to me, can’t access it!

So my cousin owed me some money and decided to send it to me via PayPal. My email and phone number are both confirmed and my account is completely updated with my information. She sent the $100 to me yesterday and the money was taken out of her account. I have not received any emails from PayPal reguarding this. I have no notifications saying so and there is no balance on my account or even pending transfers. She sent me confirmation (pictures) that it was sent to the right phone number. Why can’t I access this money?
