I received an email that said this:

First of all I never actually had a Paypal account, I just created one now to see what was this email about, I don't remember ever making a PayPal account with my email address, I sent the email to spoof@paypal.com but they haven't answered me yet. What should I do? the email came with a link, and I haven't clicked o entered it yet (not planning on seeing what's there), so what should I do? Perhaps this is some fake email? I'm really concerned because the new address, as you can see, is literally "hacker", so I don't know what I should do.

You didn't click any links in the email and you forwarded the fake email to PayPal. If you're worried about it you can always run an antivirus program and change your PayPal password.
Keep in mind that you can add extra security to your PayPal account by activating the security key, in your account security settings. This will require a temporary pin be sent to your phone, every time you login to your account.
I hope this helps.
