hi, i have a question about the message "Get your money"
(im not good at English. you may need some deduction)
i got cash back from ebates($11.68)
i thought it would use when i buy something with paypal
but, it didn't
i bought something in ebay by paypal(it was $27)
but, i can see $11.68 with "Get your money" when i get in paypal
how can i use this when i purchase something?
or
when i send money to other, this money will be sent? or money in my linked card will sent?
i linked only debit card
