how much is the chance paypal will solve the fraud issue?

apparently, there's a african scammer login to my account and transfer the fund to his account.. i've already reported the issue but nearly 5 days and still no answer.. already changed all the password and detail but i still feel insecure after this incident

Did you click on a link in a spoof email and give away your log in details?

If you have reported it as an unauthorised transaction then you have to give paypal time to investigate.

If you want an update your best bet is to phone them and ask.

I never did but if it cause by finger misclick then im not sure that time... can i change my email to another? my current email is full of spam nowadays

Normally based on your experience, is it possible for me the fund back?

how did he transfer your money to his account,by sending payment?

if so,why not look up that transaction and file unauthorised payment?
