Hello I do have a vendor in Malasia that will provide me with some items that I need....I did ask him to send me an Invoice this way in order to pay it...and he just told me to make the payment using his email as form of contact...or just to find him here in PAYPAL....I am little bit concerned...Would you pay any amount without an INVOICE?
The company looks legit...has website....we have been in conversations for months...but they did not send me an Invoice usin this service...!
Please help if you can....thanks a lot
