I have two friends who sent me money as "friends & family" but I was charged a fee. Anyone experiencing this?? What do I do?

Its only free if funded from a bank account OR funds in someones paypal account balance.

If funded via a credit card there is a fee which the sender can pass on to you.

Advice is voluntary.
