On Summary, You can see that on the pending thing it says -$100 Pending. I dont know how to cancel this. I think I got hacked!
You can't cancel a payment.
If you think there is a hacking issue, you should immediated phone PayPal customer service for help. This isn't a time for delay.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
