I've wasted hours trying to correct this problem and nothing is working.
I cannot print a shipping label from the Ebay site because I continue to receive an error message at the last step (paying).
Ebay's error message states that I need to update my payment options at Paypal but that is not the problem.
The problem is that the "Ebay Shipping Inc." agreement (in the Profile and Money) settings is set to "inactive" and unless Ebay sends me another agreement, which I can accept and thus make "active", there isn't any other way to re-instate the Ebay Shipping Inc. agreement that is needed to print labels from the Ebay site.
