Does "1 Business Day" Essentially Mean "Overnight"?

Hey all, first time asking here.

I've transferred PayPal funds to my bank account in the past, but I was wondering exactly what the time window is. I need the transfer to be there tomorrow morning. It's currently 10:09 PM now, so if I transfer before midnight, should it be there tomorrow (one "business day" later)?

1 business day means within 24 hours. So it may be there in the morning or it may not be there.
