I use the PayPal prepaid debit card, and I can't seem to find a way to view declined transactions. For some background, my mother in law was recently skimmed for her credit card info at a gas station we also frequent, only difference is I usually have less in my account than she does, but I want to know if somebody has tried to skim my card so I can get a new card or file a report. Does anyone know if there's a way to view declined transactions on the PayPal prepaid debit card?
