When does paypal custom service close? Ive been on hold for 20 min

I'm at 49 minutes of wait time with this call, and this is my second call.

Ha I got you beat as of right now I am on hold for 1 hour and 37 mins and this is after hanging up to call back after a 45 min wait but they will be closing really soon and have to answer my call and now my normally 10 min call is going to take them a few hours when they just wanna go home
