I have tried calling PayPal Customer Service today and I have been disconnected 5 times before even getting through to a customer service representative. Anyone else having this issue? I have a duplicate charge coming out of my bank account. I called the store where I purchased and they only charged me once, said it's Paypal. This has never happened to me. Need help!!
