I've always paid my balance on my credit line, on time and in full, and I've never even had any interest accrue because I pay my balance shortly after my purchases. So why would I now have $0 as a credit line? That makes no sense. I would think that I meet the criteria of a model customer, considering I always promptly pay my balance off in full and on time.

You no longer qualify for PPC.
No one here knows anything about your credit ratings, personal finances, or PayPal transactions so there is no way of knowing.
Have you ever been involved in a PayPal dispute?
Do you ever make risky purchases or virtual item purchases?
What do you sell?
There are many factors to review.
