I recently made an online purchase and had it billed to my credit card linked to my pay pal account. When I checked my pay pal account it showed the amount as a debit to my account and said that the amount will appear on my credit card for the march billing cycle. Why is pay pal showing this as a debit to my account? Was the purchase also charged against my pay pal balance? It appears I'm being charged twice for one purchase.
