What are the sending cost and receiving cost? Is there a way for one end to send $1,550 without cost and the receiver to obtain it without cost within the same transaction. If this is true how long is the wait to actually have the money in account for spending? Thanks for your help.

If you are selling an item fees are always paid by the seller not the buyer.

FEES are listed in paypals user agreement and are dependent on what country the person is in.

As for how long you wait, if you are a new seller then you may be subject to the new seller hold as per link below.

If you are not then you may have a wait on withdrawing the funds if its your first time.

You need to make sure your bank accounts and cards are verified.

Be VERY careful of scams ....if in doubt come here and ask and DO NOT rely on emails, check your balance to make sure payment is in there, if its not you have not been paid.
