Please can connect my credit card to my PayPal account so that the money in my PayPal account could be in my credit card. 2. Or can I transfer money from my PayPal account to a credit card anyway in the world?

no,you cannot transfer money from your paypal account to your credit card.

In some countries,you can do so with a bank VISA card.
