Hey.
I'm trying to send money to a receiver using another currency, and when I select to use "Convert with card issuer" it just reverts to using the Paypal currency converter with its fees anyway. Any help is heavily appreciated.

You need to contact PayPal customer service about this. Many reports of it happening, no solution from our end, maybe going into your pre-approved payment settings, then to the set available funding source setting and adjust conversion settings. If that fails, call PayPal.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Did you solved this problem? As this is a common problem that paypal don't want to solve. Strange that no one sent to court...
