Cant receive money?

Hey, So my father sent me 60$ dollars but i never got it. i cant even manage my balance anymore. I have a card connected and have confirmed my email, but i still haven't gotten anything. Im new to paypal and dont really understand it so help would be very much appreciated

Double check the email address he sent the payment to and make sure there was not a typo or he used an old one for eg.

Then ask him what it says next to the transaction in HIS paypal account.

1. Sent or completed.

2. Pending / unclaimed.

3. Pending / unclaimed with a cancel option.
