Canceling a charge I just made

I just made a payment to a retail company and as soon as I hit confirm, I happened to look on their Facebook page and came across literally hundreds of people warning about them. I have reason to believe I will never receive my item. Is there any way to cancel?

You can't cancel an order or payment.

Any refund will be up to the seller/ merchant.  So, contact the seller and request and immediate refund.

If unsuccessful, you will need to wait sufficient time for delivery to occur or not.  If not, the file for item not received.
