Cancel payment from a guest checkout?

I just made a payment using guest checkout. Is there any way to cancel this? Only information I can find allows you to cancel a pending payment from your PayPal account.

You can contact the seller and ask if they will cancel the transaction and refund the payment.

OR you can contact your card issuer and do a chargeback if you do not receive the item or it arrives misdescribed.
