I linked a prepaid visa card (woolworths money) to my paypal the other day and it made have to confirm it. However, accidentally removed this card thinking it was a different one. Now I can't link my card and I have $4 deducted from it (I had the code sent twice) as it says "We're sorry. We can't process your request right now." All the info is correct and there are no pending transactions. What am I doing wrong?
