Can't recieve SMS to reset Password

Hi there, I forgot my Password and I wanted to reset it using Email and SMS, I just recieve an Email but no SMS, without two-way reset I cannot open my acount. Any Ideas? Thank you in advance. Ayesh

If your phone number has changed the only thing you can do is call support and tell them the situation.
