I try to access my account, but it requests a sent message to a mobile number, which is one that I haven't used for over 6 years and have no access to. How can I access my account without this number?

Hi there,
If you don't have access to your old phone, PayPal needs to confirm that you are the owner of the specified account before they allow you to regain access and chance your number. This cannot be done automatically, you need to contact PayPal customer support and get a hold of a rep. Once you verify you are the owner, they will be able to assist you further regarding the issue.

Thanks! Does this need to be over the phone or can it be via e-mail (I don't know if they have chat support?)
