Hi guys! I do not own a credit card nor do I have a bank account, there for I cannot verify my paypal account. So, I am thinking of getting a bluebird card and I am planning to use it as a credit card to verify my account. Do you think this is possible?
Should be fine as long as it is a registered card under same name and address as PayPal account and only verifying it as a card, not bank account. PayPal do not allow that.
