Can I transfer money from one bank account to another bank account using my Paypal account?

I have a couple of bank accounts confirmed and linked to my Paypal account.  I sent money to a friend but didn't know that I used the wrong bank account linked to my Paypal account.

I was wondering if there was a way to send money from one bank account to another through Paypal?  If not, I will go to the bank and pull money from one bank and deposit into the other.

PayPal does not transfer money from one bank to another.  You will have pull the money from one bank and deposit it to another.
