Can I pay my credit card with PayPal balance if I have no bank account?

My bank account is not being accepted on my PayPal account, I imagine because I attempted to add it twice when I got an error message, received 4 of the two deposits I was supposed to get, and added in the wrong values when PayPal asked me to verify my bank account, because I wasn't sure if I should use the first two deposits or the second two. 

Anyway, because my bank account is not being accepted, if I add in my credit card information and I receive money through Paypal, where does that money go? will it pay part of my credit card debt?

you can use your credit card to pay if you are buying .

you cannot transfer fund from paypal account to credit card,in USA,it has to be a bank or ask for a check or paypal prepaid debit card,in some countries,it is a bank issued VISA card,not any bank.but bank which goes thru the VISA Europe gateway

if you receive fund in your paypal account,it stays until you decide what to do,NO,it would not pay your cc balance.

To fix you bank account issue you need to make a phone call to PayPal support.
