Can I Start A New Transfer?

Hi, I was wonding if I can start a new transfer from my bank account to paypal?  The reason I ask this is because I start transfer on the 18 of this month and it would be been done transfering by the 21 or 23rd of this month, but according to the email I received the payment failed and I'm not sure if or when attemp be made to try take money from my bank account again so I don't want to be in the negative with paypal,

It sounds like Paypal is not going to try anymore.

Is there enough fund in your bank account?

NSF fee is expensive,$45-$55 these days,it used to be $35,so be careful.

Thanks for response and I'm left with a $1.44, but just in case I'm going add more later on.  Also thank you everybody for the help/responses and everybody have a Merry Christmas.
