Whenever I try to make a payment, it says “Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.” Although my preferred payment it to my PayPal balance and I have more than enough to make the payment. I have a verified email, number, and bank account. How do I fix this problem, and let all payments go through? Because verified accounts can send up to $20,000 USD and I can’t even make a purchase of $100 or above..
