Here it is Christmas time and I am doing last minute shopping. I did 2 purchases just fine, but on the 3rd one, I realized my paypal balance was at 0 and that I needed to transfer money from my bank. I went ahead and did the transfer. Then I tried to purchase again, and it says my money is "pending" for a week! I thought that if your account was linked up with your bank, you could purchase with a zero balance. But it wont let me .!!!!
I wanted to cancel it and just pay it with my credit card, but they are saying I cant cancel it! It's all the money I have and now I cant use it. Whats even worse, is that . alnow it wont le. So I am panicking now, because I cant cancel the transfer . I need the money to finish my christmas shopping. Without it , I am **bleep**. This couldnt have happened at a worse time.
