Being accused of fraud by ex boyfriend

So my ex sent me money to help me out with some bills but as soon as we break up I get emails of him basically wanting the money back and that I need to go look at the case on PayPal and that the case needs a response by 7 days. I looked at the case and it's telling me to provide shipping infomation or the option or give him a refund. I'm so confused? This isn't a selling/buying transaction all he did was send me money to help me with bills. And the reason he put there is "Unauthorized Claim".  Not sure how to fix this issue because honestly the options I have there can't help me considering how I don't have "shipping info" since it wasn't a buy/sell kind of transaction.

Its down to how the payment was SENT to your account.

1. If your ex chose the send money > goods / services option then paypal would see you as a seller and as such if he files an unauthorised dispute then you would have to provide shipping info for the goods payment you received.

2. If your ex had chosen the send money > family / friends option then he would not be able to do so.

you need to understand how Paypal works, review its term and agreement,yo should have done so when yo signed up.

you will have to refund your ex,if this is a chargeback with his cc issuer, there is also a $20 penalty fee from his cc issuer per transaction
