Trying to buy some Blurays on Barnes and Noble using paypal. I have more than enough in my balance. I have a bank account and a debit card linked to the card to back up the account as well so I have no restrictions, that I know of. After selecting Paypal in the payment options a pop up window comes up, allowing me to log in to Paypal. Once I'm done with that popup, it sends me back to the Barnes and Noble tab so I can finalize the order. Once I click "Submit Order" the page refreshes with an error at the top. It looks like this.
I've Contacted Barnes and Noble and they've never heard of it, so they told me to ask Paypal. I'm on hold right now while I type this out, hoping someone can help me figure this out so I can buy these movies before the sale is over.
