Bank transfer - 1 business day or 3-5?

In the PayPal FAQ, it states that transfers from your PayPal account to your bank account usually occur in 1 business day. I just transfered an amount from my PayPal to my bank account and in the summary it says I should expect the money in my bank account in 3-5 business days. Is the 3-5 a personal estimate? Because of the weekend and holidays and such? Or does PayPal have conflicting estimates?

They advertise like they can do a transfer like WU etc.  No mention of 21 day holds on their website on the first pages about a simple money transfer (no sale of goods/E Bay), then the web site clearly states 1 business day for the transfer.

Their account shows that the money was put into ACH on the 14th.  Well, my bank says they can tell if the money is at all entered into ACH and it's not even entered.  That's called dishonest.

What a rip off.  As soon as I get my money my account is done with these fools.
