Hi ! I recently made a purchase using my paypal account. I had been charged for the amount of $23.98. However, I was being charged again with the same amount with the same amount of $23.98 with the tittle "Ach hold paypal inst xfer on 11/24". I'm not sure what this is and why I was being charged twice for the same amount. Please help me ! Thank you very much !!
